PVC thermoforming department with latest-generation automated in-line thermoforming machines

This department can thermoform both on sheets or film rolls using latest-generation thermoforming machines which guarantee a top-quality result.
 
Sheet thermoforming
Sheet thermoforming is used for applications such as protective casings and covers, display stands, building and furnishing items, as well as components for air conditioning systems. We work on 1,500 x 2,000 mm sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 5 mm, usually using PVC, ABS, PE, PS, and PC polycarbonate. Screen printing and pad printing are available. We also have robot cutting finishing systems.
  
Film roll thermoforming
Continuous film roll-fed thermoforming with automatic cutting and packaging allows us to produce various products for industrial, construction, water cooling, purification, food and cosmetics applications, with dimensions ranging from 600 x 2,000 mm and thicknesses ranging from 150 to 800 microns. The materials typically used are PVC, PP, PET, PS and ABS.
We have designed and patented a machine for the welding of multiple shaped sheets up to a size of 600 x 2,000 x 500 (h), which allows for a significant increase in the finished product's resistance.
