The thermoplastic materials and profiles extrusion and coextrusion unit is a pioneer in its sector, providing customers with a custom, skilled, fast and quality service.
  
Production flexibility is guaranteed by ten fully-automated lines operated with three work shifts, which allow us to promptly complete every order.
However, we are not just speedy! We deploy innovative vacuum and dry calibration techniques alongside the more traditional immersion and nebulization techniques depending on the specific needs of each process to achieve all shapes and forms and meet increasingly tighter tolerances.
 
Customers retain title to the design of each thermoplastic profile, which is therefore completely confidential. We currently produce and manage the extrusion and coextrusion of over 500 rigid, semi-rigid, soft and coextruded profiles in various types of plastic materials:
